Schedule Update for Player Evaluations

It looks like rain is going to affect the beginning of our baseball season again. We have made some time/date changes to player evaluations in order to schedule around the rain. Please read below for the new date/times, backup location, and other details.

1. New Dates/Times ***Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time***

12u Players Evaluations:	Saturday, February 20th @ 12:00pm (YMCA baseball fields)
10u Player Evaluations:	Saturday, February 20th @ 1:00pm (YMCA baseball fields)
8u Player Evaluations:	Saturday, February 20th @ 2:00pm (YMCA baseball fields)

2. Backup Location

If fields are too wet, player evaluations will be moved to the Greenwood High baseball facility.
Time of Decision:	The decision of whether to move evaluations will be made on Friday (2/19) around noon.

3. Uniform Sizes

Before or after your evaluation time, be sure to verify uniform sizing for your player. We will
have a table setup for uniform sizing.

4. Required Documentation

Birth Certificate:	We will need a COPY of your player's birth certificate. You can bring to evaluations or upload
	to your player's profile on our website. If you can't have this by then, just let us know.

Proof of Residency:	All players are required to meet ONE of the following:
	1. Player must live in Greenwood or Abbeville county
	2. Player must go to a school in Greenwood or Abbeville county
	Documentation to validate either of these can be brought to evaluations or submitted to your
	player's profile on our website. If you can't have this by then, just let us know.
