Home Team - Score:  8U Storm Chasers – 12

Game Summary:  The Storm Chasers combined great hitting with stellar defense to pull out a close one with the Biscuits.  Holden S had a big night with 4 RBI's and a home run in the 1st inning. Rylan J also went deep in the 2nd inning with a 2 run home run.  The Biscuits were up by 1 run in the bottom of the 5th and the Storm Chasers were down to their last out after loading the bases with big hits from Cayden W, Trey O and Riley P.  Wade M. came to the plate with the game on the line and delivered in a big way by hitting a game winning double to end the game in walk off fashion.

Away Team - Score:  8U Thunder – 19

Home Team - Score:  8U Sandlot Sluggers – 14

Game Summary:  Niegil M drove in five on three hits to lead the Thunder past the Sandlot Sluggers 19-14 on Thursday. Niegil drove in runs on a home run in the first, a home run in the second, and a single in the third.  The Thunder collected 26 hits and Sandlot Sluggers had 17.  The Thunder got on the board in the first inning. The Thunder scored three runs when Bentley M tripled.  The Thunder launched three home runs on the day. Bentley had a dinger in the second inning. Niegil had a homer in the first and second innings.

12U Game – Interleague Play with Laurens Little League

Away Team - Score:  12U Senators – 9

Home Team - Score:  L3 Cubs – 5

Game Summary:  The Senators started the top of the first with a solo home run from Jayden Adams to go up 1-0.  Cameron Addis followed with a RBI single to score Ty Ridlehoover to go up 2-0.  The Laurens Cubs took advantage of the errors from the Senators scoring 5 runs in the first and second innings with 0 hits.  Going into the 5th down 5-2 Adams connected for his second homer of the night.  This time a 2 run blast to center to cut the Cubs lead to 5-4.  Bryce Seaborne had a sacrifice fly to score Tucker Meredith in the sixth inning to tie the game at 5.   The Senators showed their resilience once again by scoring 5 runs in the sixth to go up 9-5.  Meredith and Ty Ridlehoover combined for their second no-hitter of the season.  Recording 14 strikeouts.  Meredith pitched 4 innings while Ridlehoover pitched the last 2 to close out the game with the final of 9-5.
